Welcome to Spa Like a Boss, owned and operated by Sherry Christine Wood ("Chris") under the parent company Sales Simplified Consulting, a sole proprietorship. Spa Like a Boss provides spa parties and related services for both children and adults. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

1. Services Offered

Spa Like a Boss provides spa party services for children and adults, including but not limited to mini facials, hand and foot treatments, and other spa-related activities. All services are provided by experienced staff with safety and enjoyment as the highest priorities.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation

If you need to reschedule your party, please let us know at least 1 week in advance. When rescheduling, your payment will be applied to the new date, and the event must take place within 12 months of the original booking. 

If canceling, please note that 50% of the payment is non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

We strive to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for all our clients. However, please note that our spa parties are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with the event, we encourage you to share your feedback with us. While refunds are not offered, we value your input and will make every effort to address your concerns.

3. Health and Safety

Spa Like a Boss requires that all attendees disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the event. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may be at risk of adverse reactions.

For children’s parties, a supervising adult must be present at all times to ensure the safety and behavior of the children.

4. Liability

Spa Like a Boss and Sales Simplified Consulting, as well as Sherry Christine Wood ("Chris"), are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other health issues that may arise from our services. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, all attendees participate at their own risk.

Spa Like a Boss is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during any event.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Spa Like a Boss will collect personal information only for the purpose of booking and providing services. We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties without your permission unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Spa Like a Boss and Sales Simplified Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without express written permission.

7. Changes to Terms
